Having issues with your new MouthWatch Intraoral Camera Plus+ not taking true 1080p images?

In order to retrieve true 1080p images, it is important to have your new Plus+ camera plugged into a USB 3.0 port or higher. Typically, these ports are detailed with the color blue as shown in the image below or have an "SS" logo next to it.



In the event that the hardware in your operatory is not equipped with a USB 3.0 port or higher, it will result in a downgraded image quality of 480p.
