Shop MouthWatch with confidence. We offer a no-risk, satisfaction guarantee for 30 days/60 days from the date of receipt.

The standard MouthWatch comes with a 30 day return window and the MouthWatch Plus comes with a 60 day return window.

If you're not happy for any reason, let us know. We'll issue a return shipping label and refund to your original payment method upon receipt of the return.

There is no restocking fee for returns made within 30 days/60 days on intraoral camera orders (we only ask that if you order multiple cameras, you open and test one to ensure you’re satisfied).

Any ExamTab software purchases cannot be returned.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping label and associated fees.

Duties and clearance fees collected at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds will include the cost of the items returned and the flat-rate shipping charge paid at checkout.

All transactions are processed in USD. If there is a change in currency exchange rates between purchase and return, MouthWatch is not responsible for any difference in value.
