How Remote Support Works
When you contact our support team, an agent will assess your issue and, if necessary, request permission to remotely access your computer. This allows us to view your screen and make adjustments directly to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Our agents can assist with issues such as:
- Camera not being detected by your computer or imaging software
- Driver or software configuration issues
- Image capture or integration troubleshooting
- General setup and connectivity problems
