Troubleshooting: Double Images

Double images are often due to a one of the following:

If using Dexis: Ensure the correct version of Dexis is selected from the Mouthwatch Capture Software.

If using Apteryx products: Apteryx has their own built in capture feature. You can uninstall the Mouthwatch Capture Software as their feature is likely enabled.
